Q1: Remote will not control wireless car LED lights.

A1: Remove the battery pull tab. Please use the lights' ON/OFF button for initial use. If you turn it off via the light button, the remote will not control lights. To switch on using the remote, make sure to turn them off first using the remote as well.

Q2: I can't turn off the light when I press and hold the ON/OFF brutton on the car interior light.

A2: Long-press or cycle-through options won't turn off, wait 20s without pressing any buttons, then a quick press to turn-off. Using the remote's OFF button keeps it on standby, draining the battery. Save power by turning it off with the light's button.

Q3: Why do car interior LED lights auto-off?

A3: Motion sensing duration is 1 minute to save battery. If no motion is detected after 1 min, the light will auto-off. If you want to keep the light stay on, press the light button for 3s or disable sensor mode through the remote's HUMAN SENSOR button.

Q4: What should I do if the bottom LEDs on the car interior ambient lights get hot?

A4: To avoid overheating and extend LED lifespan, set the brightness to 30% or 50% when using the mini flashlight feature for a prolonged duration. We advise against using the mini flashlight function for more than 5 minutes.

Q5: Why didn't the motion sensor activate wireless floor lights for cars promptly?

A5: When the surrounding environment is well-lit, the wireless car ambient light's sensing range is up to 3 feet. In dimmer light conditions, the sensing grange extends to 10 feet.
